This involves a comprehensive consultation, discussing your concerns and desired outcomes.
We chat about many factors of your health and lifestyle to decide on the best treatment plan for you.
Dietary and lifestyle advice, from a Chinese Medicine point of view, may also be given.
Then we will proceed to the treatment, which may include anything from acupuncture, cups, guasha and massage depending on your needs.
We will finish with herbal and supplement recommendations.

ACUPUNCTURE

A short consult followed by an acupuncture session only, without utilising other Chinese Medicine tools or massage. Appropriate for ongoing fertility and gynaecological support
